“Most of the activities did not pertain to us, but they had quite a list I would say families with children would really enjoy this stay. It was clean and comfortable, but most of our days were spent off the property.”

“I'm going to start with the one (and only!) suggestion I have for the property for improvement. Everything about our unit was great, except for the walk-in shower in the master bathroom. The shower head was of the older style water-saver type - very little water pressure and a low volume of water. In that big shower booth, that shower head did not produce enough water to make it a comfortable experience. “Great pet friendly place! Plenty of grass area to walk your dogs. My husband and I visit Williamsburg often to go to Busch Gardens with our mini doodle, and we always stay here. Decent breakfast, but very tiny coffee cups. Elevator is super slow, so we normally take the stairs. The staff has always been super friendly, and helpful when needed. Overall, they do a nice job of keeping everything clean. Definitely could use some updates and repairs in certain areas, but we always enjoy our stay.”

“Everything about this place was great except for one thing. The wifi was horrible! This hotel needs to invest in better Wi-Fi for its guests. Since there is no cell service, Wi-Fi would be helpful for guests so they can make Wi-Fi calls and work on their computers.”

“This hotel was clean and spacious. We stayed three nights to go to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. It was close to both places (10min). It had all the amenities shampoo, conditioner, shower gel in the shower, small soap, lotion and make-up remover wipes, hair dryer. “Our bathroom sink had stains in it. We had a nonsmoking room but the whole hallway to the room smelled like smoke. It's partially my fault for not checking but breakfast was just muffins, juice, apples and bagels with no toaster/butter or cream cheese available. ”

“Large cabin was a great size for a family. It was very clean when we arrived and checked in. ”
